Shipping Policy
Pricing & Rates
Our shipping prices and rates are based on distance-to-customer. In other words, we may charge you more or less depending on the distance our delivery partners have to travel.
We are based in New Delhi.
Weight
Additionally, our prices may change in such cases, where your order exceeds the weight limit of our courriers. Such limit is estimated at 4.5-9.5kg - After exceeding the limit weight, we may charge you more than usual in order to pay the allowance to our courrier.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (if any). You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (printed or digital).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
⚠️NOTICE: If your country of residence is not India, you're not ellegible for deliveries nor returns.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns for gift-card-purchased items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund too.
